Megan and Mark were wed just a few weeks ago at a small stone chapel in Roswell.
The ceremony consisted of family and close friends. There were vibrant reds to accent the wintery month – the red doors on the chapel and the red getaway car, a 1955 GMC Pickup Truck. The engagement ring was composed of sapphires and diamonds (sapphires are my favorite, as well). All the details made for a lovely celebration.
For their couple portraits, we walked through the gardens at Heritage Green Springs. The light casted hazy golden beams through the winter Georgia pines. Their portraits are both light and romantic.
Their friendship is evident in their relationship. I’ve enjoyed knowing them and this aspect of their relationship. It’s nice to see a love where both people just feel at home with one another.
On a personal note, I wanted to post this wedding because it was beautiful and was, also, sentimental to me. I began my career as a photographer more than 5 years ago, photographing friends’ weddings. These are some of the last of those dear friends getting hitched! I wanted to make sure to savor the end of an era. Glad it has led to such beautiful beginnings and to be a part of it!
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Warren.
