Sarah and Brandon met during college at the University of Georgia. Several years later, they were wed at Big Canoe in North Georgia. This was a gorgeous Spring wedding, with the cherry blossoms in full bloom. It was a slightly windy day, which created a cascade of petals to fall across the ceremony site, which made for some amazing photographs.
There were small boxes filled with tiny scrolls at each place setting at each table for the reception site. They were filled with various quotes of love and blessings-a really sweet idea! It was also their grandmother’s 89th birthday! The celebration was complete with a cake for her that read, “Happy Birthday, Monkey.” She was teary eyed and definitely surprised!
They both wrote their own vows. There were cowbells for the send off. Sarah had an A-line dress with a stunning turquoise necklace. Brandon and Sarah are off to the Virgin Islands to back pack and visit the National Parks! Congrats to them both!!
